WORK LOCATION: Chennai
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent acquisition for Healthcare recruitment involves sourcing from both internal and external channels to hire the right candidates for the job
Manage end-to-end recruitment life-cycle including sourcing of resumes, process screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer management
Requirement gathering from hiring managers and determine staffing needs
Application of advanced sourcing techniques including, but not limited to, internal database, job portals, social media platforms, career website, and referrals for sourcing candidates in the market
Resume screening and pre-screening (via phone) to analyze the fitment of the profile against the job description and to schedule a process evaluation
Coordinate with hiring managers for the interview feedback.
Offer negotiation with the shortlisted candidate and ensure minimal on-board drop outs
Communication and promotion of internal referral programs
Referral process management
Meet established hiring targets and maintain norms and compliance
Periodic reporting and SLA/ KPI management
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:
Hands-on experience as a recruiter with the ability to understand the healthcare domain and job requirements for various roles
Ability to conduct job fitment and pre-screening analysis
Stay updated with the changing recruitment trends and application of advanced sourcing techniques
Understanding of company’s HR practices and labor legislation
Knowledge of data management as well as recruitment system management
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Proficiency in working with MS word and excel.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1-3 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and on-boarding of healthcare candidates through Job portals, Social media sites and Employee referrals.
Graduation / post-graduation or MBA with human resources specialization
