Job Location: Chennai, India
This is a key position within Access Healthcare’s Clinical Documentation Services delivery team. The Group Leader reports directly to the Assistant Delivery Manager/Deputy Delivery Manager/ Delivery Manager. The duties at Access Healthcare shall include:
Monitor and manage the team’s performance on all performance metrics such as production, quality, absenteeism, and attrition
Provide effective feedback to the team members (Client Partners)
Review Client Partner’s performance on a monthly basis and provide individual feedback with PMS scores
Would need to actively participate in team/monthly meetings
Service Delivery and Training
Work towards consistently meeting the Service Level Agreement
Would be responsible for preparing the contents for the client specific training and be involved with the educational and training activities in the team
Should focus and achieve on set targets and cooperate with the team members in achieving the SLAs
Identify bottlenecks and issues in the process and work in coordination with your supervisor to identify/implement required solutions
Process Knowledge and Process Improvement
Should be competent in analysing the source documents on all processes and processing the same
Would be responsible to bring about process improvements like reducing issue logs, identifying trends from issue logs etc.,
Daily/Weekly/Monthly communication with the client
Would need to actively participate in client calls
Issue Resolution and Calibration
Review the client logs and provide suggestions to bring down the Issue log percentage
Process client requests, complaints, and concerns as priority
Identify trends and actively communicate to Assistant Delivery Manager / Delivery Manager
Participate in internal and external calibrations and client meetings
Information Security and Compliance
Abide by the Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements
Treat all patient and client information with confidentiality and integrity
Treat all patient and client information confidential and ensure an environment where each staff member can share concerns or fears, regardless of the nature, without recrimination or humiliation
Follow Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements including regulatory compliance
To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:
Life science graduates with prior Team handling experience in healthcare industry, preferably in clinical documentation services
Strong Knowledge in Human Anatomy
Prior experience of handling team size of > 30 team members
Flexible to work in all shifts, especially in Night.
Will have to work two weekends every month
Should be flexible to work on all Indian and Client Holidays.
Strong interpersonal and people management skills
