KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Group Leader – Leadership Trainer will be responsible to facilitate LEAP 200 program. The soft skills program in Access Healthcare is branded under LEAP (Learn, Engage, Apply & Perform). LEAP 200 is a program that caters to the Management Trainees – Sr. Group Leaders in the organization. The objective of the program is to “Engage, develop & equip first time managers with Knowledge, Skill & Abilities that enable them to operate with meaningful & sustainable impact”.

The Group leader will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop LEAP 200 training program by coordinating with various teams and scheduling training sessions without disrupting business-as-usual

  • Administer training programs by maintaining attendance records, evaluate the outcome, and maintain the records of trainees’ improvement and achievements

  • Mentoring, coaching & providing feedback to group leaders and managers

  • Enable group leaders and managers to communicate more effectively with various stakeholders internally as well as externally

  • Communicate and collaborate with various operational and functional leaders in order to ensure quality, timelines, employee engagement and customer satisfaction for all content creation deliverables

  • Responsible to maintain/ share reports on training & coaching

  • Use experiential / scenario based / activity driven learning methodologies for effective training deliver

Knowledge and Skills

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:

  • Hands-on experience as a trainer with specialized expertise in delivering training to mid-managerial level

  • Ability to update existing training materials

  • Experience in learning management systems and other relevant tools

  • Ability to provide coaching & effective feedback to employees

  • Should possess excellent communication skills, listening skills, team coordination and management skills, and time management skills

  • Strict adherence to organizational policies, objectives, and goals

  • Understanding of company’s core business and soft skills requirements across the projects

  • Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and assertive communication, and negotiating skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and learning software

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4-5 years of experience in delivering training and training administration

  • Graduation / post-graduation with relevant background

  • Certified Trainer preferred
