The chosen individual will be responsible for managing recruitment operations, supervise the recruiting team, reporting its performance, and tracking the recruitment metrics. This position reports to the Assistant Delivery Manager of Recruitment
Job Location: Chennai, India
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working closely with other departments, the individual should ensure compliance with recruitment goals and overall organizational objectives.
To manage and supervise the recruitment team and track their performance
Track recruitment metrics with respect to time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
Implement new sourcing techniques and searches including, but not limited to database, Social Networking Sites, free/ paid job portals like Naukri, Monster and employee’s referrals
Managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle including sourcing resumes, technical screening, coordinating interviews, taking preliminary interviews, salary negotiation & offer/ closure of candidates
Initial screening of the candidates to check their communication skills, attitude, interest and suitability to the specific requirements and then lining them up for the initial round of interview
Work with hiring managers and gather their requirements
Assist in evaluation panel for interviews and take/ provide timely feedback
Maintain internal database and coordinate with stakeholders for dynamic database management
Work on assigned requirements and ensure closure within the service levels
Prepare and maintain daily Dashboard for recruitment
Drive the Employee Referral Program (Refer & Win)
Manage social media recruitment process
Work with department heads to forecast the future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date on legislative and statutory requirements and ensure compliance
Participate in job fairs, walk-ins, campus recruitments, and job events
Build company’s image and network with colleges, industry bodies, HR professionals, and other partners
knowledge and skills
Hands-on experience in recruitment and team management
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Proficiency in working with MS Office suite, and commendable presentation skills
Experience in volume hiring
Adherence to timelines to maintain service levels
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
5-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Graduate/ post graduate (MBA) with specialization in Human Resources
