The HR business partner for talent management will be responsible to manage the organization’s most valuable asset – people. The HR business partner works closely with leaders across the organization to develop an HR agenda, implement HR policies and processes, and deliver HR solutions to employees.

  • Works with senior leaders, managers, and other stakeholders to develop employee relations plan and activities including, employee engagements, performance improvements/ issues, workplace related matters, policy violations, onboarding, and exit procedures

  • Provide guidance to leaders and managers on HR related policies, processes, and procedures

  • Assist managers and team leaders on the performance appraisal process

  • Gather information from business leaders and units on data requirements

  • Identify and deliver new business reporting requirements

  • Gather feedback on employee relations and engagement activities to drive improvements

  • Respond to employee queries, resolve employee grievances, take disciplinary and corrective actions, and other required actions as per company policies and statutory regulations

  • Work on HR systems for feeding data, extracting information/ reports, and analyze data and trends

  • Conduct employee engagement activities including but not limited to weekly fun events, award ceremonies, annual day events, cultural fests, and others

  • Identify training needs as part of performance monitoring and improvement process

  • Data tracking on HRIS to analyze absenteeism, attrition, daily attendance tracking and to identify measures to improve productivity and retention


To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:

  • HR functional knowledge, deep understanding of employee relations, company policies and procedures, compliance, and statutory requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations

  • Ability to work on HR systems, MIS reporting, and documentation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and HR-related tools

  • Strict adherence to organizational policies, objectives, and goals

  • Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail


  • 1-5 years of experience in delivering HR programs and employee relations

  • Graduation / post-graduation with HR specialization
