KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The soft skill trainer will be responsible to facilitate the LEAP 100 program, an in-house soft skill development program for the client partners in the organization. LEAP stands for Learn, Engage, Apply & Perform. The topics covered under the program are: Effective Business Communication, Email Writing Skills, Workplace Etiquette, Time Management, Customer Orientation, Team Work, Listening Skills. The role of the trainer will be deliver experiential training sessions, promote talent development initiatives, and improve the skills of the employees across the organization.
Develop the LEAP 100 training program by coordinating with various teams and scheduling training sessions without disrupting business-as-usual
Administer training programs by maintaining attendance records, evaluate the outcome, and maintain the records of trainees’ improvement and achievements
Communicate and collaborate with various operational and functional leaders in order to ensure quality, timelines, employee engagement and customer satisfaction for all content creation deliverables
Responsible to maintain/ share reports on training & coaching
Use experiential / scenario based / activity driven learning methodologies for effective training deliver
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:
Hands-on experience as a trainer with the ability to deliver training sessions
Ability to update existing training materials
Experience in learning management systems and other relevant tools
Should possess excellent communication skills, listening skills, team coordination and management skills, and time management skills
Strict adherence to organizational policies, objectives, and goals
Understanding of company’s core business and soft skills requirements across the projects
Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and assertive communication, and negotiating skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and learning software
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
2-3 years of experience in delivering training and administering training programs.
Graduation / post-graduation with relevant IT background
Certified Trainer preferred
Any Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English Literature and Communications
