Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Operations



This is a senior leadership role, where the candidate will be directly accountable for managing the business unit performance metrics. He/she will build and manage high performance teams within the organization’s policy framework and mentor future leaders.

The Vice President will work with the executive leadership team to determine business goals, identify and close gaps .



  • The Vice President – Operations will be directly responsible for delivery quality, results and business strategy for all voice processes under his/her management

  • Liaise with the team to set up a robust framework & systems to ensure on time and seamless delivery

  • Responsible for bringing in new initiatives and driving best practices across functions by keeping tabs on the market dynamics

  • He/she must strategize and implement organizational changes to sustain high quality service delivery and manage costs

  • A clear vision of the team’s operational priorities is essential, so that he/she can manage customer relationships effectively and expand the customer base


  • The candidate must have a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, with exposure to multinational workforces and customers.

  • He/she must have significant experience in managing large, multi-tiered, cross-functional teams of 1000-2000 members comprising business process executives, team leaders, delivery managers, etc.

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to motivate and inspire large groups of people are a must

  • Maintain a complete and thorough understanding of technical systems in a complex automated set-up. Develops and achieves performance goals and objectives in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position requires a candidate who has the ability to dive deep to include root cause analysis and develop action plans in support of driving process improvements and keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of a performance based culture in an extremely deadline-driven environment.

  • Demonstrates ability to influence, manage, and present ideas via clear written and oral communication. Demonstrates emotional maturity and grace under pressure in all communications. Builds positive productive relationships with many stakeholders and partners around the world


  • Graduate or Post Graduate with over 20 years of experience Business Process Management and/or Outsourcing operations.

  • Preferably from a healthcare process background (physician or hospital billing)

  • Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills


  • Around 25% expected
