Job Requirements

The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing functional software solutions.

  • Software Solution Design and Development

    • Gather requirements, study as-is state, work with stakeholders, design the workflow, analyze data and processes, identify opportunities for automation, and thereafter, follow the application development lifecycle

    • Conduct feasibility analysis to determine the go or no-go of the proposed solution

    • Develop necessary documentation, flowcharts, layouts, and coding

    • Perform coding to develop tools and applications

  • Software Implementation

    • Conduct implementation analysis to identify the requirements related to infrastructure, people, processes and technology

    • Execute implementation and testing of required technical infrastructure

    • Handle integration of technology and application components

    • Review and debug code to ensure accuracy and effective functionality

    • Perform validation and verification testing of program modules and make necessary corrections

    • Provide post-implementation support and maintenance

    • Manage issues and query resolution

  • Stay abreast on new technologies and tools

    • Up-to-date knowledge on development tools, programming techniques, and trending technology practices

    • Updating technical skills, participating in technical conferences, seminar, and workshops, and sharing knowledge with team members

    • Provides subject matter expertise to development and service issues for internal/ external stakeholders

    • Trouble-shooting with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve system performance

    • Ensure the application is up-to-date with latest technologies

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Extensive knowledge in Dot Net and software development process and related technologies

  • Strong knowledge of coding, user interfaces, HTML and web frameworks

  • Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and coordination in an integration scenario is preferable

  • In-depth knowledge of Dot Net, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, MS SQL Server

  • Strong knowledge of scripting tools including Javascript, Jquery, and Angular JS

  • Should be a self-motivator, develop solutions and lead a team of developers, if required.

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience in Application Lifecycle Management and strong project management skills

  • Exposure to US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management would be preferable

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in developing software applications using Microsoft Technologies

  • Graduate in BE/ B. Tech., CSE, ECE, or post-graduate in MCA, MSC. Computer Science, and other related streams

  • Specialized in Dot Net, and experience in UI design skills and debugging skills preferred
