Chad Knight
Chief Legal Officer
Chad Knight serves as Chief Legal Officer of Access Healthcare, where he oversees legal, government affairs, and compliance and provides strategic counsel on business initiatives, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Access Healthcare in 2023, Chad served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Enhabit, Inc., one of the nation’s largest home health and hospice providers. In that role, he helped lead the company’s spin-off into an independent, publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. Earlier, he served as General Counsel of ZoomCare and held several leadership roles at PeaceHealth, including chief compliance officer, chief audit executive, and assistant general counsel.
Chad began his career in private practice in Dallas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Seattle Pacific University and a law degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
