With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Jacob brings deep expertise in human capital strategy, global operations, organizational transformation, workforce planning, and leadership development. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large, geographically distributed teams and spearheaded initiatives that have accelerated business growth through operational excellence, digital innovation, and disciplined execution.
Since joining Access Healthcare in 2016, Jacob has been instrumental in the company's remarkable growth and transformation. As Head of Human Resources, he guided the organization through rapid global expansion and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives while fostering a high-performance, people-centric culture. He also transformed the HR function by introducing digital platforms, automation, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making, significantly enhancing employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Prior to his current role, Jacob served as President, Global Operations & Offshore Shared Services at Access Healthcare, where he led offshore service delivery for India, Philippines, and enterprise shared services. His extensive operational leadership experience continues to strengthen his ability to align people strategy with business priorities, enabling sustainable growth and enterprise-wide excellence.
Jacob holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Madras.
