KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to deliver as per client SLAs
Support operations through end-to-end planning and process document review
Assist with new team member training and review overall staff performance
Process KPI, dashboards and metrics preparations

Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of working experience in medical coding
Medical coding specialization in E&M and Denial Management is preferred
Certification is compulsory
