Job Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig City

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end provider enrollment process, ensuring healthcare providers are properly credentialed and enrolled with insurance networks

  • Conduct thorough reviews of provider documentation, ensuring compliance with credentialing requirements and proactively resolving any discrepancies

  • Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and insurance companies, addressing enrollment-related inquiries and facilitating timely resolution

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider information in databases, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline the enrollment and billing processes.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent verbal communication for outbound calling

  • Strong knowledge of the entire range of Payer processes

  • Basic working knowledge of computers

  • Knowledge of Healthcare terminology will be an advantage

  • Willingness to work continuously in night shifts

Qualifications

  • 1-4 Years experience in Provider Enrollment processes for US healthcare customers

  • Familiarity with popular medical billing software packages will be considered a plus. We will provide training on any client-specific software to be used.
