Access Healthcare is seeking an experienced RCM services leader to join our team in Manila as Director – Clinical Operations. The ideal candidate will have a Philippines Registered Nurse or USRN license, along with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in managing healthcare BPO operations and a proven record of success in leading large teams.
Work Location: Manila (Work from office)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead overall operations, service delivery, P&L management and transitions for assigned accounts
Coordinate people management activities including capacity management, performance management and team hierarchy setting
Review account performance and client feedback, and facilitate organizational support to the team for driving positive results
Support the implementation of our global service delivery centre of excellence, by anticipating and resolving challenges in client service and delivery operations
Determine training needs of employees, conduct upskilling programs to enhance their operational efficiency and drive continuous productivity improvement
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective identification, recruitment and onboarding of new talent for growing business requirements
Analyze current processes and systems, propose enhancements, drive continuous improvement, and minimize risk
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience at the hospital bedside (Acute ward, Oncology, Hematology)
Significant background in healthcare provider/facilities business segments, preferably nursing operations, clinical denials and appeals, prior authorization, utilization management and/or medical coding
Available to work from the Access Healthcare delivery centre in McKinley Hill, Taguig
Must be willing to work in night shift permanently, or according to business requirements
Qualifications:
10 to 15 years of experience in BPO including leadership roles
Must be a Philippines Registered Nurse (USRN preferred)
Experience in Healthcare vertical is preferred
