Rohit Bajaj serves as Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts at Access Healthcare, bringing more than two decades of experience leading large-scale healthcare operations, digital transformation, and platform-enabled service delivery. His work spans payer, provider, Medicare, and Medicaid programs, with a focus on managing global delivery teams across the United States, India, and the Philippines.
Before Access Healthcare, he held senior leadership roles at Genpact, most recently as Vice President and Healthcare Subsegment Leader, where he ran a healthcare portfolio across payer, provider, and health technology clients with responsibility for growth, profitability, and delivery performance. Across earlier roles at Genpact, he led sales and relationship management for major healthcare and life sciences accounts, owning growth strategy, service-line expansion, and enterprise client relationships. He began his career in operations and supply chain leadership supporting GE Healthcare.
He holds a master's degree in Marketing Management from the Institute of Management and Technology and a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Delhi. His executive education includes AI Strategy for Business Transformation from the Kellogg School of Management and coursework at Harvard Business School. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
