Chad Knight has served as General Counsel of Access Healthcare since 2023, overseeing all legal, government affairs, and compliance matters, and providing strategic guidance on business initiatives and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Access Healthcare, Chad was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Enhabit, Inc., one of the country's largest home health and hospice providers, from 2019 to 2022, where he led the company's spin-off into an independent, publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. Earlier, he served as General Counsel of ZoomCare and held progressive leadership roles at the health system PeaceHealth from 2014 to 2019, including chief compliance officer, chief audit executive, and assistant general counsel. He began his career in private practice in Dallas, Texas. Chad holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Seattle Pacific University and a law degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
