Since joining Access Healthcare in 2016, Jacob has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and evolution. As Head of Human Resources, he led the organization through rapid global expansion, multiple strategic acquisitions, and large-scale organizational transformation while fostering a high-performance, people-first culture. He also modernized the HR function by introducing digital platforms, automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making that significantly enhanced employee experience, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
