As Chief Product Officer, he owns the product vision and roadmap, leading product development and engineering to bring our proprietary AI solutions to our customers to drive measurable outcomes. He also leads strategic partnerships and the go-to-market strategy for finance and accounting services, while overseeing shared services functions in the United States. His current focus is on scaling agentic AI solutions across RCM services, helping healthcare providers reduce cost-to-collect and get paid faster for the care they deliver.
Arvind brings more than 25 years of experience in technology, business development, strategy, solution design, and program management. He joined Access Healthcare in 2013 to lead application development and has since advanced through business development and senior leadership roles to his current position, helping scale the company's technology and services across the United States. He was instrumental in building Access Healthcare's technology suite, which includes workflow automation and business intelligence applications. Before Access Healthcare, he led application development at Dell Services for 10 years. He holds several patents, a bachelor's degree in physics, a Program for Leadership Development certificate from Harvard Business School, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
