Kumar Shwetabh is a global healthcare executive with more than two decades of leadership experience in revenue cycle management (RCM), healthcare operations, and business transformation. He has built and scaled high-growth organizations while leading large global teams across the United States, India, and the Philippines.
He currently serves as Group President and Global Chief Operating Officer of Access Healthcare leading global work workforce of over 30,000 employees for service delivery, quality, transition, client success, solutions, pre-sales, consulting, HR and shared services functions.
During his tenure at Access Healthcare, Kumar held several executive leadership positions, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer, President of Hospital Business, President of U.S. Operations, and President & Chief Growth Officer.
Earlier in his career, Kumar founded Pacific BPO and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the company grew from a startup with seven employees into an organization of more than 2,500 professionals before becoming part of Access Healthcare.
Since beginning his healthcare career in 2003, Kumar has built and led large-scale global delivery organizations, growth teams, managed complex P&L responsibilities, and successfully combined operational excellence with technology-driven innovation to improve financial and operational outcomes for healthcare providers. He is widely recognized for scaling businesses, developing high-performing leadership teams, and delivering sustainable growth.
Kumar holds an MBA from Pune University and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Management from Utkal University.
