Balaji Sekar is Chief Executive Officer of Access Healthcare. A global finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading organizations across North America, Asia, and Europe, he has built high-performing global teams and partnered closely with private equity firms, boards, and executive leadership to drive disciplined growth and long-term value creation.
He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of TaskUs, where he led enterprise financial strategy, capital allocation, investor relations, risk management, and governance oversight, and was instrumental in taking the company public in 2021. Earlier, he held CFO roles at PatientSafe Solutions and Sutherland Healthcare Solutions, along with senior leadership positions at Sutherland Global Services. Balaji is a Chartered Accountant from India, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Madras, and earned his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
