The new campus will house the company’s BPO and IT operations and serve as the hub for its technical infrastructure. The campus will create new jobs across healthcare BPO, IT operations, network infrastructure support, human resources, and other functional areas. Access Healthcare will provide leading-edge healthcare business process transformation services by delivering financial, clinical, and administrative processes to its clients through the operation.

Says Jain, “The pandemic has been a blessing for the healthcare industry. Some of the things that the industry was averse to, such as remote work, digitalization, outsourcing, and telehealth, are now a reality. Because of that, we have grown at over 40% last year. The healthcare industry needs to change its model, and we are well-positioned to fit that bill.  We are now expanding the depth of our revenue cycle services portfolio, creating automated solutions, building and running the applications our clients use, and expanding to payer services.”

Access Healthcare has emerged as a leader in the revenue cycle space in just over ten years of its inception. The company added over 12,600 people to its rolls in the trailing 12 months and is currently adding approximately 1,400 people to its team each month. The company has digitalized its entire hiring and training processes and has recently launched an app to provide a seamless experience to candidates. The Everest Group named Access Healthcare a "Leader" and "Star Performer" in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations - Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2021.
