  • 6 months to 2 years’ experience in technical support in computer hardware/OS 

  • Experience in installation of Windows, Configuration, Technical Troubleshooting and Remote support

  • IT admin kind of role with system troubleshooting and remote maintenance


To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:

  • Excellent English communication Verbal & Written

  • Willingness to work in Night Shifts (Fixed Night Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am)

  • Ability to work independently or as team worker

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability                                                              

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in technical support role).

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree (B.E./ B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Computer Sciences

  • Shift Timings and working days
