Head – Shared Services

Access Healthcare is seeking an experienced business management professional to take up the role of Head - Shared Services for our Philippines centers. The role will involve overseeing the HR, IT, Finance, Compliance, Administrative and other corporate services functions across all our offices in the region, with a focus on optimizing processes, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This demands excellent leadership skills, communication skills and strategic management acumen. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/BBA or equivalent along with 15+ years of relevant experience in a similar role/environment.

Job Location: Manila, Philippines

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Shared Services team, aligning with the overall business goals.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's mission and vision.

  • Oversee the delivery of Shared Services to internal stakeholders, ensuring high quality and timely support.

  • Optimize Shared Services processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for these functions, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.

  • Develop and implement strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Address and resolve complex employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Mitigate HR and administrative risks through proactive identification and resolution.

  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.

  • Implement strategies to drive a high-performance culture within the organization.

  • Manage administrative functions such as facilities management, travel coordination, and vendor relationships.

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative operations.

  • Develop and manage the HR and Admin Shared Services budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria

  • Strong knowledge of BPO Healthcare operations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.

  • Experience in managing large teams and driving organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Master's degree is preferred, but not compulsory for this role

  • Experience of 15+ years in Corporate Shared Services within the Healthcare BPO industry.
