Work Location: Chennai

The Director - Operations (Revenue Cycle Management) will lead the business functions of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, ensuring high quality and profitable service delivery to our customers. He/she will be responsible for driving best practices, innovation, knowledge management and learning across the teams under his/her span.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all aspects of the Healthcare RCM operations business as assigned

  • Streamline operations with focus on client satisfaction and relationship building

  • Create appropriate servicing and retention strategies for clients

  • Drive sustained margin growth on year-on-year basis

  • Participate in expansion and business development activity

  • Plan workloads and resources for service management and projects

  • Manage communication, escalation, risks and issues in delivery

  • Drive continuous service improvements for each client account

  • Maintain and improve the pyramid structure

  • Define and monitor OLAs in accordance with the client SLAs to meet/exceed client expectations

  • Review monthly reports, progress and performance of projects and design game plans

  • Get involved in cost budgeting, P&L management and transition management

  • Drive initiatives at the management/organizational level for long-term operational excellence

  • Build consensus and commitment for achieving the organization’s vision at all levels

  • Contribute to short-term and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team

  • Support establishing policies across various levels of operations to promote the company culture and vision

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 15 to 20 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Operations, preferably in US Healthcare industry

  • Experience in managing large teams of professionals

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Strong delegation, negotiation and people management skills
