We are seeking a highly experienced business training professional to join us as a Senior Training Consultant in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our employees and clients. You will collaborate with various department heads to identify training needs, design training materials, and deliver training programs that are engaging, effective, and aligned with our company's goals and values. This is a work from office position.
Work Location: Chennai
Key RESPONSIBILITIES
Build high quality training content for the domain university initiative of Access Healthcare
Maintain a full roster of all available training materials and work with account training managers for ensuring accuracy and quality
Connect with business leaders to understand the effectiveness of training content and resources, and work towards continuous improvement
Audit the content delivered in the New Hiring Training (NHT) across projects
Build a learning ecosystem which enables easy access to learning materials
Job requirements:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to create effective training mateials
Strong understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle and client requirements
Knowledge of various specialties and hospital billing types will be an advantage
Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity/experience with popular and industry-standard LMS applications
This is a day shift position, but you should be available to work in night shifts according to business requirements
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in US healthcare RCM, of which at least 8 years is in a relevant business training role
English language fluency level C1 (Versant)
